I LOVE digital paintings that have a dark fantasy theme. This piece "Bad Luck With Quests" expresses the moment that most RPGers have faced at some point or other
You pick up the quest, navigate your way through a not-so-scary tunnel or forest. Upon exiting you sigh at the sight of some very intimidating scenery that you must go through to kill X and complete your quest
I'm not a huge fan of roughly painted digital paintings but the seemingly lazy technique seems to suit this piece, giving it many sharps edges and emphasising the contrasts. The general colouring of this piece is pretty typical of the theme. The contrasts are what make this piece the standard that it is.
Unlike most rough digital paintings, with this piece you don't go "ohhh this looks nice!" *Clicks for full view* "Oh... Never mind then..."
As a former World of Warcraft player I can totally relate to this piece, and that's what makes it a favourite for me. I'm sure many others feel the same.

I've been checking out some absolutely stunning digital art in here for several hours today, typically pieces of very similar style to yours... But you still got me awestruck; I couldn't help but look every one of them through. Thanks for the experience! I really hope you do this as a living and people can appreciate what you do.
