Red Demons. They wear armor fastened from the moulded flesh of their victims. Ofttimes they intentionally kill Black demons just to get the "gruesome" look that comes from a Black Demon's natural Void Torn flesh. Every last Red Demon in the Red Kingdom is a Brute, and they all find happiness in only one thing. Conflict. To a Red Demon, winning or losing isn't what matters, it's how much blood you yourself spilt. How much pain you yourself inflicted. They are disgusting, war scarred creatures that only care about battle. They wear the armor they do not just for the "gruesome" look either. You can only tell they're Red Demons by the Orange-Red undertone that shines through the crevices in the armor. As such, others will A: let their guard down because they know Blacks don't antagonize without reason; and B: attack the Black Kingdom when word gets out that an army of Blacks completely annihilated an entire town that never did anything to antagonize the Blacks.
It was because of these tactics that the reputation of Black Demons slowly became tarnished, and they became known as liars, and untrustworthy scum that lives and breeds in shadow. turns their back in light and strikes through the dark using trickery and cunning.
I even believed the misconceptions about Blacks before finding some of the old ruins of villages that were destroyed by Red Demons in the early days. In these ruins, i found several instances of hurried, scrambled writings that seemed nonsensical. phrases such as "not Black" and "run from the Reds" would run across tablets and walls in various dialects in an attempt to get the message out if anyone came across the village after the attack.
In a more recent one, one that occured after the Blacks' reputation had already been tarnished, I found inscriptions in the temples that apologized to the Blacks for their mistreatment of them. It's a shame that there was never a single witness to the horrific deaths of entire cities and villages. But that's just how Reds work. (sorry, i'm a little salty about this particular subject)
